A couple months ago, Liz had a great idea to keep our former small group connected and communicating through food: monthly recipe shares!
This time around was my turn to pick a recipe the three of us would have to make at some point during the month. I chose a spicy soba dish from one of my favorite bloggers. It was good, but I’d probably change it up if I were to ever make it again—more cabbage, less soba, more garlic, less soy sauce, and most importantly, more spice. I could barely feel the heat; perhaps my taste buds are too Korean for this recipe.
